Our Minuto® smoker wood chips are “diced” into regular shapes! Making them perfectly sized smoker wood chips for all Commercial smokehouses.

Alder Minuto®- no 4 is the larger sized chip ranging in sizes ge 4 mm and le 5mm. Deep rich color but mild in its smoky flavor!

Alder Minuto®- no 6 is a smoker wood chip ranging in sizes ge 3 mm and le 4mm. What a great wood for smoking fish and delicate foods!

Alder Minuto®- no 8 is the smaller size of this line in sizes ge 2 mm and le 3mm. This is a smoker wood chip that still has good size particles

Ash Minuto® no 4 is light in color, ranging in sizes ge 4 mm and le 5mm. This smoker wood chip provides a great “Mediterranean smoky flavor”.

Ash Minuto® no 6, ranging in sizes ge 3 mm and le 4 mm. This smoker wood chip has great smoking along with ember coaling capabilities.

Our Hickory Minuto® no 4 has the usual darker tone for the hardy and nutty smoky flavor. Dices into pieces ranging from ge 4 mm and le 5 mm.

Our Hickory Minuto® no 6 dices into pieces ranging from ge 3 mm and le 4 mm. Hickory is a harder wood thus a little beefer size smoker chips.

Our Red Oak Minuto® no 6 are beefy pieces ranging from ge 3 mm and le 4 mm. Red Oak provides a nice smoky flavor between too mild and strong!

Our Red Oak Minuto® no 8 dices into consistent pieces ranging from ge 2 mm and le 3 mm. Even at this size it still provides a nice hardy smoke.

Our White Oak Minuto® no 4 dices into pieces ranging from ge 4mm and le 5 mm. Its reddish color provides a light hue to the smoky coloring.

Our smoker wood chips are sorted through sizing screens to eliminate the residual dust/flour from our manufacturing process.

Introducing our custom milled smoker wood chip line called the Minuto® Wood Chip! These smoking chips are produced from our custom milling process which filters specific sizing, making the end product uniform and clean.

First, we eliminate the over-sized product. The remaining product is filtered through special catch areas that ensure uniformity to size and NO wood flour, they key to ensuring even combustion, perfect flavour, and great colour to foods.

We’re able to offer 3 different sizes in our Minuto® Wood Chip line and 8 hardwood species to pick from: Alder, Ash, Beech, Hickory, Red Oak, Sugar Maple, White Oak, Wild Cherry. It’s up to you to select your favorite 3 for a variety pack of perfection.
